A woman returned home at 5:41 p.m. Aug. 26 to her apartment in the 100 block of North Race Street and found Miguel Mercado, 33, of Georgetown passed out in her bed, said Lt. Lawrence Grose of the Georgetown Police Department.

Send this damn pervert back to wherever he's from immediately. If the handwriting isn't on the wall that he is a sexual deviant then the justice system needs more help than we previous knew and thought.
The natural progression with these perverts is to eventually kill the victim/witness.
Learn some lessons from the Sarah Foxwell murder.

Sounds like a victimless crime. He should have to make restitution for those panties though.

Like Monica's dress, police might want to send those skivvies off to their crime lab? He probably had one pair over his head, for a disguise? I guess the next logical step for this jerk, will be glue? Sure looks happy, doesn't he?

Victimless crime? I think you would feel differently if somebody broke into your house, rummaged through your personal possessions and was found passed out on your bed with his junk hanging out! The undies owner will feel violated in more ways than one...
