Ferguson in D.C.: Protesters fill District's streets

WASHINGTON - Hundreds of protesters gathered in the streets between Mount Vernon Square and Chinatown Saturday to demand justice for an unarmed teen killed by police in Missouri.

Several groups organized the rally and march to demand the arrest of a Ferguson, Missouri, police officer accused of shooting and killing Michael Brown.

I thought protesting in the streets was illegal?

They look and sound like a bunch of rabid animals.

We all want justice, especially in this case. However, once all the facts come out, the protesters won't like the outcome, as their martyr will no longer be the victim of anything but his own actions. Doesn't anyone else find it suspicious in this day & time that no one recorded this incident on their cellphone??! Not even part of it??! But yet there were witnesses with varying accounts. Too many holes in this story as of yet, but video from previous incident @ convenience store looks pretty damning as to this individual's behaviour. We'll see how it all turns out; initially I was appalled that an unarmed man was killed, but now more facts are coming out. Facts, not racially-motivated protest mobs. A very wise man told me a long time ago "As long as you continue to make it about color, it will never be about anything else". Totally agree with Nugent's listing of all the other murders that have occurred that got no news coverage, seemingly because of the racial demographic involved in those incidents.

they just jump at every chance to show their lack of character

They don't want justice - they want the cop punished for what he did...regardless if it turns out to be the correct course of action to deal with criminals!

Let's put the whole racial issue in another perspective. I'm extremely proud that a USA team won the little league world series. This team was awesome good, worked hard to get there, had great leadership, coaching and support. This was also good as it took a dedicated group of black kids off the streets of Chicago with a quest to win with teamwork. If this team had been all white from Iowa or Minnesota, or Maine, Sharpton, Jackson, Holder, and Obama would be screaming that the coaches were racist because they didn't have a black kid on the team. Sorry for the truth, but that's just the way it is.

5:32 You speak the truth. It would happen just to cause racial unrest. As with Furgerson, it also shifts thoughts away from illegals, IRS, the economy, Benghazi, unemployment, the SNAP program, and Obamacare. Get the picture?

You left out FEMA Region 3

5:32 I do appreciate your sentiment and would agree if it were CORRECT!
BUT, you are wrong and it shows just how ignorant people can be while thinking they are right.
South Korea won the little league world series!
The Chicago team did not have any white children participating. Why is that not racist?
