City of Frederick Identifies Four Blighted Properties

Stuffed animals had been left behind in a second-floor bedroom when city workers entered an empty house on West All Saints Street in Frederick last summer.

Downstairs, a refrigerator lay tipped over on its side. The place was dirty and so neglected that part of the floor was almost falling through.

It was city staff's task that day in August to secure the building. In the morning, they worked on boarding and nailing shut the windows.

Too bad. That blue brick house is in a very well kept neighborhood, and looks as though it could be just as well kept.

The blue house is on W All Saints St and is a dumpy crime ridden dump.
