This is a bit of an unusual Post as a friend needed Police assistance and the Officer stated they couldn't get there right away because everyone has been dispatched to an armed robbery.

Once we get more details we'll update you.

The drug store, you dummy. I hope that clears things up.
I wish I could have seen that --- 3 cops inside, asking questions, and twenty-five other cops standing around outside, looking like gang-bangers in a uniform, staring hard at passersby and fingering their weapons (I left a cop joke out right there, for reasons I can't explain). Adjusting their sunglasses. Waving off other police calls. Acting like the robbers were coming back.
In a mere 15 minutes, Salisbury's GDP went down .2% and Church St looked like an Ebola outbreak had been declared.

there is no drug store on church st.

church st always looks like an ebola outbreak is taking place, so how is that any different from any other day? maybe while they were wasting time on church st, they could have tracked down that jackazz motorcyclist that flies down the street every evening before he kills someone other than himself

Unfortunately you are spot on. They all are standing around doing nothing just like the fire trucks do at ambulance calls and most "fires."

In the mean time tax paying citizens are being blown off because these cops are to busy to serve us and to proud to ask for assistance from outside agencies.

8:15 your talking about the town right? Closing Salisbury is the thing to do!

It's better for these mercenaries to be standing around Church st. than to be out policing for profit terrorizing working citizens.

9:49 just another wanna be gang banger who doesn't know what he is talking about and is guilty of something.
Hope you don't hit some debris in the road and go flying into a telephone pole.. but then that would solve our problem now wouldn't it.

10:16-The other day I was at the Delmar WAWA getting gas.A lady approached me and asked how to get to Salisbury(no kidding).I told her to go south for a few miles and she would be in it,but because of the upcoming holiday Salisbury was officially closed and no one was allowed in who did not live there. She said "Oh OK" and drove off heading toward Laurel. And for the record she was a redhead.

if you look at the police calls, there have been burglaries with forced entry at residences within on church street and surrounding areas every day in the middle of the day for the last several weeks. I watched as one item that was stolen was tracked by it's built in gps to an address on elizabeth street but the police said they did not have enough to secure a search warrant.

SPD needs some help fast. They need a tube of chapstik the size of a 55 gallon drum for all the arse kissing going on in that joint. Try fighting some crime folks. Stop kissing Barbs and Jim's arse so much. There is no way crime is down in the Bury. Somebody has a scewed way of doing stats.

I went by that store today, 27th, and the cops were standing around outside while a group of 'kids' were hanging out on the opposite corner. Who is watching who?

12:31 if that were true you would not have made such a stupid comment in the first place. Pot stirrer.
And my happiness level is fine, thank you for your misplaced and false concern.
People like you who stir up crap are the ones with the issues.
watch out for those poles, they seem to jump right out at ya.

Anonymous said...

2:34 it meant they would actually have to do something to solve the crime and they simply do not care.
Too much effort.
Which is why crime is rising.
Criminals know they are home free.

But hey, don't get caught shoplifting from wally world!

949. here's what to do. Get a friend, each of you stand visibly on opposite sides of the road. When the biker comes zooming towards you, each of you visibly reaches down and picks up the end of an imaginary rope, and pull it between you like you're holding a "clothesline". The next move will be the biker's!
