Panels of victims' names at the 9/11 Memorial Museum in New York City are being graffitied to include messages from family and friends, according a report by the New York Post.
The etchings, nicknamed 'scratchiti,' have appeared in the panels about 40 times, sources told the paper. One such message was 'Love4Ever.'

Obviously done by hateful Democrats. They need to be caught and their fate met with an ounce of lead between the bushy's.
Anyone caught desecrating that memorial should have to pay to replace the panel.
