After 40 years, consumers will no longer “Have It Your Way” at their local Burger King. Instead, the company is rolling out a new, more philosophical slogan – “Be Your Way” – meant to highlight each individual customer. Whatever that means.
Officials with the company tell the Associated Press that the new motto is intended to remind people that “they can and should live how they want anytime. It’s okay not to be perfect..Self expression is most important and it’s our differences that make us individuals instead of robots.”

so if i want to walk into burger king and be an obnoxious jerk, i can... good
Speaking of Burger King, glad to see the one on Mt. Hermon and Civic Avenue is finally open. Now waiting for the pretzel factory and gelati place next door to get finished. Yay!
Heard the Pretzel factory is opening today.
Pretzels ruined my life.
Years ago they started charging to have it your way. No pickles cost .10.
We complained they said you can have it your way you just have to pay more. They quickly stopped that.
I will not eat there much because of this horrible experience.
Foolish decision. They have spent millions over time to get us to associate BK with the ability to get your burger prepared the way you prefer. The discarded slogan was concise and easy to recall.
"Be Your Way" is lame. I'm gonna be My Way whether I'm stopping there or not.
If I wanted the services or guidance of a philosopher, Burger King would not be my first stop.

You poor thing!
Need to share?
The one at Naylor Mill will always upgrade you to a "medium" when you don't ask for it. Just try going through the drive through and ordering a $5.29 meal. When you get to the window, your bill will be $6.30.
Seems to me that "Be Your Way" is just another bow down to a certain segment of the population.
