It probably was. I bet he jumped in the river and swam up to the park then got on main street which he followed on to Old Oc rd. until he found a car to steal. I forgot he can't swim, no not for that reason, because it was too cold.

One ended up behind my house! It was a maroon 4 door compact car. 2 MSP officers woke me about 12:30 AM asking about a stolen car in my yard, they remained on since until the owner came to pick up their car.Very scary to think that was going on right in my yard.
Yeh cops too busy shooting and killing pot dealers.
