The cop hater rears his ugly head again.
813, no. The cop is way out of line here. If going for your gun is your first response to a fake garter snake, or a real one on pavement, for that matter, you are a chickensh*t cowboy.
Us common citizens should have the same advantage to protect ourselves, but we don't, and react accordingly. See the difference?
It's not about hating cops, it's about hating haters, ignorant sociopaths with guns, inferiority complexes, schizophrenia disorders and a badge that makes them feel special...
I think if I was carrying in that situation, the last thing I would do is go for my gun. First, I am not in fear for my life. Second, if I discharged my weapon straight down at the pavement, the chances of me getting injured are well above 50%. Third, my chances of hitting the snake no wider than my bullet are well under 50%.
He's an ignorant buffoon walking around in public.
