One has to wonder how all the tax funds are spent, especially when there are several states with either no sales tax or no state income tax.

Most politicians, democrat or republican are magicians, they make money disappear!

I wonder how much Maryland state employees pensions are underfunded by in actual numbers not the round a bout figures politicans give us.
