That foul mouthed POS excuse for a cop sworn to abide by and protect the constitution should be jailed for treason before he kills someone.
What a paranoid scumbag. The man did not threaten him, did not take any illegal actions, did nothing but cooperate and the cop was a maniac.
Take his badge and tattoo his forehead as a tier one constitutional offender.
that guy reached twice in the area of his gun. if you know that you have it let it be known to the law enforcement officer that you have one that way he doesnt feel threatened. That man showed no proof that he had a cc lic or made any attempt to inform the officer about it from what i can see. Befpre he reached in the area of his gun he should have informed the officer that he was carrying legally showed him the weapon then procedded to prove that he was legally allowed to do so. If that had been someone who didnt have a cc lic and had bad intentions it could have been very bad for that officer. Over reactions maybe a little but given what officers have to deal with on the daily i dont blame him for being over protective. at the end of the day its about getting home to your family.
Now they must compensate him.

this Cop ordered him out of the car for a tag expiration --you obviously have never been stopped because you flash a badge --this cop knew from the data base he had a CCP-- in all my years I have never been ordered out of the car -- scanning technology obviously made this man a target and got him arrested.
yes it is about getting home at night --a militarized Police force is exponentially making sure many Americans do not while Lawyers who write the law feast off regular people
In the end, bottom line, we all have the right to carry by the 2nd Amendment. It's ignorant laws that make everyone a criminal first. Which folks in this video were NOT wearing bullet proof vests or acted in a threatening manner? Which folks were doing both?

For 32 years in every stop I ordered the offender out of the vehicle. I had him or her sit in my vehicle. Separating the offender from anything inside that vehicle that could harm me. This officer did everything right to that point. Then fear took him and rather then act professional and in control he over reacted. Once proper control was established a few proper questions would have avoided the entire incident. By the way there is no law that requires a citizen to say I am armed.
Ronnie love ya man but putting subjects in the car with you is a no no. It is a traffic stop not an arrest. I think that is a power trip some guys go on. Scan the inside of the vehicle and practice good officer safety.If you see any indication of criminal activity then yes move them out of the vehicle.
I dont want my mother who is running ten over in a cop car with some of the tards out there carrying a badge. Right the tickets and move on. You are not a rolling jail or the king of the road. It is not your law they violated. It is State Law.

Ronnie, there is a requirement of CCP holders to inform police they have the permit and are armed.
BUT, this cop never gave the guy a chance, in fact he even asked him rather calmly, "why are you carrying a gun?" THEN he decided to go ballistic thug and drew on the man that had not made ANY threatening moves. Cursing, bloviating, threatening DEATH then assaulting and causing injury deliberately.
The cop should have been euthanized on the spot to put him out of his misery because he acted like a rabid dog, PROBABLY knowing full well the whole time the driver had the CCP, information that comes up during the registration scan.
I have a CCP, and I tell the Officer when he stops me about it initially. This is not only the law, but it's common sense.
