The House bill is sponsored by Washington County Republican Delegate Neil Parrott, and the Senate bill is sponsored by Anne Arundel County Republican Senator Ed Reilly.
Similar bills were introduced last year, but never made it out of committee.

I don't see ONE SINGLE REASON for someone reject this bill. Unless liberals in PLANNED PARENTHOOD and their Democrat Union Slimeballs decide it would start cutting into THEIR MONEY PROFITS for killing less babies. Then they would vote against it, of course. Hey remember their slogan "ITS GOOD FOR THE KIDS"?! Sad & Pathetic.
