Duh! This is not news to most of us that supported the plan. Maybe just news to the same hard core conservatives that complain about "freeloaders" until they learn that the healthcare for the elderly is the largest single drag on the budget.

Many don't have a problem helping the elderly that have worked all their life. The problem most have are with the ones that are able to work and just want everything given to them.
