Of course they refuse to hear it, the supreme court is nothing more then a joke anymore.
Booooo... I thought this was defeated already? Keep your hands off the interweb!
This will have very little impact. Amazon was really pushing the envelope. Trying to have a presence in every State without paying the taxes. This did not work.
The other companies just pulled out and kept their taxes low.
However congress may still screw us watch congress.
