After the long holiday weekend, many Americans are commemorating World AIDS Day today (officially, it falls on the calendar December 1).
The President said the new initiative would seek to find a new generation of therapies that could eliminate HIV or put it into remission.

He doesn't even have to print any more $100 bills. It's all done electronically now so they just add some more zeros and Obama magically get all the money he needs.
Dems just don't care about spending other peoples money. It makes them feel good and they buy votes at the same time.
