A new report by the Financial Times reveals major hospitals, including two world-renowned cancer centers, are excluded from insurance plans being offered over Obamacare’s troubled online exchanges.
Health-care exchanges in New York, Texas and California, according to the report, will not offer patients’ access to Memorial Sloan Kettering in Manhattan or MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston or Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles.

Interesting.....everyone that has the ability to opt out is! Everyone that has influence is wielding that influence to get exempted.
For the 'poor', it is a step up at the 'working-class' expense. For the rich, it is business as usual. For the 'working-class', we're royally screwed - we have to pay for the 'poor' and can't keep what we had (that worked pretty well for us).
The poor will be on the government's side in the upcoming civil war - against the 'working-class' while the rich will sit back and watch.....
The "affordable health care act" has NEVER been about health care. It is a march towards a single payer system. The government wants total control, and we are losing our freedoms little by little.
I the UK they have caste system hospitals that I read about a specific company Serco who operate many of them
Obama gave a contract to Serco-- who operate the lower caste hospitals that are described as Snake Pits and terribly staffed ..
they also operate immigration camps for any foreign national looking to get into Australia and apply for citizenship--
there is nothing about this plan that is what was sold to the American people

The woman in charge said we can't check all the poeple's eligibility to get the free gas so we just give the black folks free gas and charge the white folks..
