How To Beat A Photo-Enforced Speeding Ticket (or Red Light Ticket)

So PLEASE, NEVER EVER opt to pay these Photo Enforced Speeding AND Red Light tickets! You do NOT have to incriminate yourself OR implicate anyone else. It’s the government’s responsibility to provide evidence that YOU were the person driving, don’t help them in their “investigation”.

Last year I received a letter in the mail from the Washington D.C DMV claiming I was speeding. As you can see it was one of those Photo-Enforced Speeding Tickets and they had multiple pictures of my CAR. I knew better to just submit and pay a fine like the majority of people do in this country, unfortunately. I am in the habit of not taking “plea deals”, and I am always in the habit of fighting my tickets and NOT pre-paying them so I don’t have to go to court – like many folks do. I just about always record my interactions with the police, whether it’s a traffic stop or not, that way it keeps the entire situation objective, transparent and I can hold the public servant accountable if he/ she violates my rights.

anyone stupid enough to try this let me know how it works out for you. Think the judges give a rats ass about the constitutionality of the law?
They just want your money!

That would be great if the States didnt have laws that now hold the registered owner responsible for the vehicle when it is involved in a crime. Dont listen to this anti government crap. PLEASE check your local laws before using this defense.

Maybe you guys should just lay down and take it, instead of being afraid to speak up and fight back. Just bc a law is on the books doesn't make it right. NDAA anyone?

9:11 fought plenty of tickets and won most but this is total bs and will never work. No one is laying down. But being stupid will just get you in more trouble! learn how to work the system.

I can see the author getting shot by a cop for "resisting arrest", or looking like he was "reaching for a weapon". Or, at the very least, being beaten into a coma for "failure to comply".

yeah cause the cops was scared for his life so that made everything he did perfectly sensible!

Lets hope that on New Years eve while the cops are busy going after drunks, that some good Samaritans go out and destroy all of the speed cameras here in Salisbury, what a great Christmas present for al of us, and would certainly make a "Happy New Year"!!!

Were you speeding or not? That is the question. It isn't about figuring out how to get out of paying for your mistakes. That is what is wrong with this country. Nobody wants to man up to their mistakes. That is something a democrat would do....not a republican.

Oh...look it is Mr. Tinfoil hat himself. How are all those conspiracies working for you? bwaahhhaahaaahaaa

Let us hope that the person that destroys property that is not theirs is caught and hung in the public square for all to see. That would make a Happy New Year. Oh...and that they catch all the drunks that are endangering the lives of others. But I guess we should allow them to drive drunk too, right?
