Troopers Seek Public’s Help In Identifying A Subject


Location: 38000 block of Fred Hudson Road, Bethany Beach, DE

Dates of Occurrence: Wednesday October 30, 2013

Victim: 55 year old male

Suspect:
White male, medium build, wearing a dark blue shirt, blue jeans, and tan/white hat
Resume:
Bethany Beach, DE- The Delaware State Police is asking for the public’s assistance in attempting to identify a male subject who trespassed onto a victim's property north of Bethany Beach.

On Wednesday October 30, 2013 around 10:55 a.m., a white male subject parked a newer style Jeep in front of the victim's driveway located in the 38000 block of Fred Hudson Road. The male then began walking along the side of the victim's residence peering in as if to see if anyone was home. After spending some time outside of the home, the suspect then returned to his vehicle and departed the area. Video surveillance captured the suspect who appeared to be a white male wearing a dark blue long sleeve shirt, blue jeans, and a tan or white hat.

Waste of time even if he is recognized.A court would not prosecute for something this petty.

Waste of time for a closed minded person like you perhaps. Supposed this "petty" trespassing crime is the pre-cursor to a larger, more serious crime. I.e.- a home invasion. Burglary. Robbery. This would be pretty damn good evidence to show who your potential suspect is.

You are right. Yet, I bet the police are all on top of this. Looks like an easy case for them and little threat.

Aside from all the 'what if's' some people like to fret about, no one has a clue what he was doing. He might only had to pee. I don't know.

He looks like an older guy to me from what I can tell from the photos here. Unless he is part of an organized burglary ring or something like that, I don't think it warrants placing him on the top ten wanted list for nothing more than trespassing.
