I voted yes, but feel the need to explain...yes only if they put the time in at a later date. I don't believe they should get paid for sitting home doing nothing, but if they flex that time later then they shouldn't be financially punished because our government can't get their act together and figure this mess out.
The time at a later date of which you speak will amount to catching up on their backlog of work.Within 1 single work day 90% of those employees will have caught up,while at the same time maintaining their normal job requirements.That isn't my definition of a serious work load.
