KFC Restaurants Closed Across The Northstate
The closing of the popular fast-food chain comes as a shock to many customers as well as employees.
The KFC location on Cypress Avenue as well as Lake Boulevard in Redding have shut their doors.
The Anderson, Oroville, and Mangrove Ave in Chico restaurants will no longer serve the Colonel Sanders special chicken either.
However a manager at the Redding Cypress location said the fryers won't be empty for long because Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen restaurants are set to replace them.

Does anyone out there recall when Gino's (I believe)sold KFC? When a KFC only first opened in SBY they were clobbered for the first few months.
Good, close them all!
Used to love KFC when I was a kid, the food is always pretty bad whenever I've tried it recently. Popeye's is 100% better these days.
KFC is still good.
