At midnight on October 21, a mother in Wichita, Kansas shot an intruder who had entered her house while her two daughters, a two-year-old and an eight-year old, were sleeping.
According to KAKE.com, the 28-year-old mother heard her doorbell ring twice and "grabbed her handgun and went to investigate."

This is the type of story that the gun control people don't want you to hear...they would rather this woman have no way to defend her children and herself...I guess that she should just hide, or politely ask the intruder to leave...I can almost hear this guys attorney now..."my poor client was shot...he just went in the wrong house"...Darn right he went onto the wrong house! You go girl!
Yeah right! I agree. Guy wasn't there to borrow a cup of sugar! God knows what could've happened.
