Shop lifting is obviously more of a concern to Jim Ireton than more serious crimes like domestic violence and murder.
How about posting the pictures of those who pay for sex acts, aka "Johns."
Oh, right. We might see some pillars of the community instead of poor slobs shoplifting.
And a DUI registry while they're at it.
