Look No Fire Calls!!

Please educate yourself folks. A "FIRE CALL" does not necessarily always involve any kind of fire. A Fire Call involves a multitude of differenT types of calls that a fire department is dispatched to. Please pay attention to the types of call listed in the fire log. (I.e., automatic fire alarm, P.I. Accident, etc.

no fires but how many miles do you think they put on no silly toys

I just hope they don't waste any miles on those silly toys on YOU. No one woke up this morning and said "Man! I think my house is gonna burn down today!"....And, you DO realize that the EMT's are also trained firefighters? TRAINED. As in "we know how to operate ALL the equipment when we get there" and "we will be there ANY time, not in forty minutes, after we leave Pittsville or not go at all because we are at our PAID job at Wal-Mart." Uh, huh....A car accident NEVER turns into a fire, right? And you never see an EMT jump on the fire truck and man a hose, either, huh? Volunteers are great to have, but they don't have the training, the skill, or the abilities (or the instant AVAILABILITY) of the average PAID firefighter. Find something else to whine about....

Imclain you are obviously a liberal idiot who doesn't live in or pay Salisbury City taxes. Mind your own business because you really don't have a clue what you are talking about.
