TYPE OF INCIDENT: Single Vehicle Crash
LOCATION OF INCIDENT: S. Fruitland Blvd. @ S. Division St.

BRIEF RESUME:
The Fruitland Police Department responded to the area of S. Fruitland Blvd. and S. Division St. for a reported single vehicle crash. Preliminary investigation reveals a single vehicle left the roadway, collided with a tree and rolled over. There were four occupants, two adults and two children, in the vehicle. One male adult and the two children were transported to PRMC with non-life threatening injuries. An adult female passenger in the vehicle was transported to PRMC and then flown to Shock Trauma in critical condition. Alcohol does not appear to be a factor at this time. Investigation is ongoing.

I come upon this accident....so horrible..iam surprised anyone lived thru it..God was at the wheel..believe me..so glad they are ok,,praying for the one in Shock Trauma..
