DATE & TIME: Sunday June 23, 2013 @1425 hours
INCIDENT: Armed Robbery
LOCATION: Camden Avenue @ Clyde Avenue
CASE NO.: 2013-0725
SYNOPSIS: During the afternoon of 6/23/13, Fruitland officers were dispatched to the 7-11 located on S. Salisbury Blvd. to meet with the victim of a reported Armed Robbery that occurred approximately 90 minutes prior on N. Camden Ave. in the area of Clyde Ave. in Fruitland. Officers learned that the victim was skateboarding northbound on Camden Ave. when he was approached by two African-American males, who engaged him in conversation. During the conversation, one of the suspects produced a handgun and demanded the victim’s backpack. The second suspect retrieved the victim’s backpack and the two suspects fled southbound on Camden Ave. The suspects were described as follows:
Suspect #1. Light-skinned black maleApprox. 23 years of age
Short afro-style haircut
Approx. 6' - Athletic build
Wearing a light colored t-shirt, blue jeans
(Brandished a bronze-colored pistol)
Suspect #2. Light-skinned black maleApprox. 17 - 20 years of age
Short afro-style haircut
Approx. 5'8 - 5'9 – Stocky build
Wearing a dark colored t-shirt, blue jeans
Officers met with several area residents and are continuing to investigate suspect leads. Anyone having additional information please contact Detective Kilgore.

Mmm maybe my fruitland tax increase will curb this kinda crap..lol yeah right...right to carry saves allot of money less cops and courts needed ..time to leave this state..im sure the robbers handgun was registered again lol...right to carry means less a holes robbing
Everyone should carry, and the jury informed about jury nullification.
