It's called heavy rain, what is there to be furious about.
I bet it is the Mayors fault!
Does anyone know if the slow draining is linked to the new filters they put in?
We have had downpours like this in the past, just seems like there was more flooding than usual.
So much for this great river, drainage and sewer system Jim Ireton is responsible for.
If only we had a rain tax so we would not have this problem!
Yes....how dare God make it rain so much....the nerve. We are special around here and should not have to be inconvenienced by any weather because we demand it.
The city spent a fortune on stormwater drains and pipes a couple years ago and obviously it was'nt done right.
I don't ever remember it flooding in this section of Salisbury. Is this something that has happened before or is it a new problem?
Does it have anything to do with the broken water main?
Any of you people heard of global warming? Duh!
The flooding occurs every time it rains. Every Time! There is a problem with the drainage system and this mayor is to stupid to do anything about it.
And these snide remarks "it's the mayors fault" is just a major deflection.

Thanks for the response. I know over by Toys R Us it floods just was not aware that there was ever a problem on Main street.

When you live around the river, lakes, bay or ocean this is what is going to happen from time to time. Move!
