State Police Corporal Faces False Information Charge

A corporal with the Delaware State Police was charged May 29 with filing false information in connection with a drug investigation he conducted in February.

In March, state police began criminally investigating Cpl. Shannon King, 38, in connection with a traffic stop in which he seized cocaine and marijuana, said Sgt. Paul Shavack of the Delaware State Police.

Shavack said an internal review determined King field tested the suspected cocaine but did not field test the suspected marijuana yet he swore on the arrest warrant that he had tested both drugs.

How many times has this happened? What other illegal things as he done that the force doesn't know about? He should be fired and charged with a crime.
Oh well , it's a police officer , they can do know wrong.

NO!!! A cop got caught lying in an affidavit? It can't be!!! Should have waited til he was called to testify. Then charged him with perjury. Why worry about discharging your duty as required by law when the law ISN'T MADE FOR YOU??? The people given the authority to kill us and go home and eat dinner later should be held to a higher (thats right -- HIGHER) standard. NO lying, cheating, stealing, raping, assaulting, drug dealing, murdering, etc. Ahhhh, but the law isn't made for them. Just the serfs. I'm sure - very sure -- that this was just an isolated incident. Unless you start counting all the prisoners RELEASED from prison and death row because of false testimony and faked evidence....then again, there's the "bad apple" theory. Uh huh. It's not a "bad apple" (singular). It's more like a C-130 flew over the country scattering a plane load of bad apples. Then went back, refueled, and dropped another 300 pallets. There goes all of his prior arrests, too. Paid for by us. The serfs. AKA: taxpayers.

"...discovering it's missing..." is the loophole I'll jump through with both feet. Report something missing that you're not supposed to have because the politicians and Gestapo want no resistance? Thats how STUPID these idiots are....
