1. Resolution 51-2013- To make an appropriation of funds to various Sheriff Department Accounts from Unanticipated Revenue in the amount of Seventy-Eight Thousand, Eight Hundred Twenty Dollars and Thirty Cents ($78,820.30)

2. Resolution 52-2013- To makes an appropriation of funds to various Department of Emergency Services accounts from Miscellaneous Revenue in the amount of Sixteen Thousand, Four Hundred Two Dollars and Ninety-Five Cents ($16,402.95)

3. Resolution 53-2013- Authorizing the County Executive to accept a grant award from the Maryland Department of Natural Resources Program Open Space in the amount of $32,220 and to create a county funded capital project for the Henry Parker Athletic Complex Fence Replacement

4. Resolution 54-2013- Authorizing the County Executive to accept a grant award from the Maryland Department of Natural Resources Program Open Space in the amount of $103,500

5. Resolution 55-2013- To create a County Funded Capital Project to install Landfill Gas System Improvements at the Wicomico County Landfill to comply with the Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR)

6. Resolution 56-2013- Confirming the re-appointment of Pattie Jackson to the Adult Public Guardianship Review Board

7. Resolution 57-2013- Confirming the re-appointment of S. Mark Tilghman to the Adult Public Guardianship Review Board

8. Resolution 58-2013- To appoint the Board of Managers of Various Public Drainage Associations within Wicomico County

9. Resolution 59-2013- To certify the Drainage Tax Roll to the Director of Finance as requested by the Board of Managers of the Public Drainage Associations

10. Resolution 60-2013- Confirming the appointment of Dr. Maida Finch to the Board of Library Trustees

11. Resolution 62-2013- Approving the request to submit an application for the School Bus Safety Enforcement Fund Grant Program (SBSE) and to authorize the Executive to execute the SBSE grant application and accept the SBSE Grant award

12. Resolution 63-2013- Approving the request to submit an application to the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program (BJAG) and to authorize the Executive to execute the BJAG grant application and accept the JAG grant award

13. Resolution 64-2013- Approving the schedule of fees and charges for functions regulated by the Wicomico County Health Department

14. Resolution 65-2013- Approving the schedule of fees and charges for services provided by the Wicomico County Department of Public Works, Solid Waste Division, and to establish a minimum tipping fee

Last time I checked our council was 6 republicans 1 democrat. Now it appears we have some flippers.

John, Matt , Stevie all voted today to raise fees at landfill so added to Shree it is now a 4-3 council!

What is that money from resolutions 51 and 52 going to be spent on?

What was the closed part of the meeting about. It was a 4 to 3 vote on that also.
