Taking to the floor of the Senate, Reid explained the situation in Nevada. He then continued:
Mr. President, it’s very important we continue training our military, so important. But one of the things in sequester is we cut back in training and maintenance. That’s the way sequester was written…. These men and women, our Marines were training there in Hawthorne. And with this sequester, it’s going to cut back. I just hope everyone understands the sacrifices made by our military.

2013 sequestration is to blame for an accident with a mortar round probably manufactured during the Clinton administration.
If I am understanding it correctly the sequestration basically is telling them they get no new money.
Isn't that what all of us have been dealing with? Some have not gotten a raise in years because of the economy yet the prices of everything has gone up and they keep wanting to raise taxes. So what they are basically saying is we need to cut back even more so we can give them more money so they can spend more money without them having to make any cuts. Our pockets are empty! Time to make some cuts to your own spending!
Wow, Really? Another waste talk coming out of Dirty Harry's mouth. Im supprised he didn't say "Bush Did It' in the same sentence. The picure is old, but it tells the story of Dirty Harry showing his finger to Taxpaying Citizens for more than 10 years and counting.
I suport this sequestration. I wish they would of cut goverment by 50% then we would of seen some change.
If Obammie is blaming sequestration on things then he should look in the mirror, he is the one that came up with sequestration!!
Harry Reid and Pelosi are true representatives of the dumbocrat party.
