Haven't seen any comments from our commander-in-chief. Only government official comment was Ron Paul's beautiful tribute of what to expect when you live by the sword you die by the sword.

R.I.P. Brother you were a true Patriot and we real Americans valued your service!

There no words for my sorrow, but we need to better address the mentally impaired in this country better than we are doing so now. Not sending patriotic soldiers bent on protecting our Constitution into battle and police actions in order to kill a general population of people who really are against getting killed would be a good start, since there is no declared war and they are just trying to live and go to college.

Terrorists are born from this exact action, wouldn't you fight back if Afghanistan had military bases here and patrolled streets with REAL FULLY AUTOMATIC ASSAULT WEAPONS in your yard?

I'm sorry for bringing up a simple "DUH" idea.

This crap never ceases to amaze me that people can't come to this realization.

He DID live by and die by, the sword.

Making a hero out of a government trained, government paid, government celebrated KILLER, is wrong.

He did his job for what he was trained for, to kill people from long distances. That's it.

Then he made a living off of the same weaponry and mindset that he brought home from a war.

He is NOT a hero. He is an opportunist killer and teacher of killers.

He did what he had to do survive and help his 'fellow warriors' survive.

WARRIORS engage the enemy head-on. COWARDS snipe and kill from safety.

Bury the guy, both physically and mentally, and let's move on.

11:46 You're not right in the head. His "enemy" used women and children to take out troops. They cowardly hide behind their religious buildings, other women, children, schools and ambush our troops.

Kyle was in the distance to protect forces on the ground. His kills saved countless American lives, and his efforts back on US soil prevented suicides.

You're the coward, keyboard warrior.

11;46 He is a HERO because he killed and died for LOUDMOUTHS like you...Its guy/girls like you that RUN to Canada to get out of fighting for there country so grow up or move to a great land like Iran Iraq where you can express yourself...NOT.

I knew there would be some flag waving hypocrites responding to ANY negative words about a so called hero.

The enemy uses women and children to kill the enemy because they hate the enemy and will do anything to get them out of their country and life.

Much like Americans and any other people would do I suspect. Strapping bombs around their bodies and you call them cowards?

Would YOU do it, 'keyboard warrior'? I think not.

He was in a distance alright, between one and two miles back. But hey, that's his JOB. And he did it well.

Where do I start with this one? Your whole rant is a contradiction.

You want to send me to a country where I can't enjoy freedom of speech, and yet condemn me because I exercise that right in this great (once) country?

I never ran to Canada, or anywhere else to avoid any war. Matter of fact, I performed my military service. Did YOU?

I believe I am grown up sir. Maybe you and your brainwashed buddy need to grow up a little.

The only reason the government even bothers with medals and 'hero' worship is to keep morale high. Can't win a war with troops looking down at their boots now can we?

I just love it when you hypocrites shout from the rooftops how great this country is and all the rights we enjoy here, including freedom of speech.

But when I or anyone else exercises those rights, against the popular mantra, suddenly we are un-american, cowards and what other little insult you can think of with you tiny brains.

The people he served with may very well call him a hero, or anything else they want. They EARNED that right. And I thank ALL of them for their service. They are all heroes for their sacrifices, whether it is a legitimate war or not.

But I stand by what I said, because I CAN AND I EARNED THAT RIGHT.

You two, nor others, will ever take that any from me, nor anyone else who has a backbone.

To me you're just bullies who jump on the popular bandwagons, for whatever reasons.

That's fine. You have that right and I wouldn't attempt to infringe or take that right away. See how this works?

Now have a nice day.

Great response. Thanks for helping me prove my point.

The cowards sir, are the ones who go along to get along. They are scared of having their own opinion, let alone voicing a dissenting opinion.

Keep following the leader waving your flag. You will be led right into waiting chains.
