Property Rights

Good Morning Joe

Above is a copy of the postcard I received yesterday about the public hearing to be held on Feb 20th.

I hope hundreds of land owners attend and opt out Tier IV which limits septic systems.

According the the Chesapeake Bay Foundations website septic tanks are 4% of the Bay's problems.

Joe
This is just the State's way of
devaluing ag land so they don't have
to fund MALPF. Plain and simple
the work of Rich Hall

With O"Malley and the democrats in Annapolis not only they tax you going to bathroom but soon the air you breath. We already a septic tax.

Not that I like the tier map mandate..Idon't ..but,it does not limit septic systems....it limits the number of lots that can be developed on agricultural land.

The comment at 10:56 hit the nail on the head.

Secretary Hall figured out the State does not need to buy property rights, now that the Supreme Court has rule that they can just take them!

I am sure that he got an extra bonus in his check for the millions of dollars of equity that he is stealing!!
