At least two people have been shot at a high school in Taft, Calif., near Bakersfield. Reports say the shooter is in custody.

They have the strictest gun laws in the nation in California, and somebody still walked into a school with a shotgun and fired it.
Huh.
I guess they just need stronger laws.
