Troopers Seek Public’s Help In Locating Wanted Subject

  • Maxwell J. Schenck, 24, Rehoboth Beach, DE (Photo Attached)
  • Felony Theft (2 counts)
  • Unlawful Use of a Credit Card (61 counts)

Rehoboth Beach, DE- The Delaware State Police is asking the public’s assistance in attempting to locate a Rehoboth Beach man involved in multiple counts of fraud.
 
Troopers are looking for Maxwell J. Schenck who is wanted for 61 counts of Unlawful Use of a Credit Card after he stole his grandmother’s credit card and made purchases totaling more than $2,500.00.  Schenck, who was living with his grandmother at the time of the theft, made various purchases throughout the Rehoboth area including Wal-Mart, Safeway, Royal Farms, and Ruby Tuesday where he last used it on November 25, 2012.
 
Schenck is also wanted by Rehoboth Police Department for Theft, as well as three capiases out of various courts in Delaware.
