Pa. Man Shot While Trespassing On Md. Property

Police say a man has been charged with shooting a Pennsylvania hunter who was apparently trespassing on a property in northern Baltimore County.

Baltimore County Police say 42-year-old Richard Heymann of Abingdon was charged with first- and second-degree assault Wednesday and released after posting a $75,000 bond.

Heymann, a former Baltimore City officer, is charged with shooting 43-year-old Christopher Kinne of Lancaster, Pa., on Tuesday. Police say Kinne was trespassing on the property in the Parkton area when the owner of the property and Kinne confronted him.

If it had been me or you shooting someone in the leg on purpose, we would be behind bars until the first hearing, no bond. This ex- cop gets out with $7500???

Hey, the man was armed, trespassing and argumentative. Leave or get shot.

you'd think a cop would be a better shot than that.

This story is confusing.

Apparently Kinne confronted himself for his own trespassing. It would seem that editing is not that writers strong suit.
