Desmond Rashad Roberts of Salisbury, arrested 9-15-12 for driving while impaired by alcohol, driving while under the influence of alcohol, consuming alcohol while driving, driving on a learners permit without supervision, and refusing to sign citations. Roberts was later held on a $20,000 bond. The arrest was the result of deputies assisting the Princess Anne Police Department regarding a disturbance at Oscar’s Bar, Princess Anne. Deputies came into contact with Roberts and advised him not to drive his vehicle because he appeared intoxicated. After deputies left the area, Roberts was later seen driving in the area of Oscar’s bar.
Brooke Ashley Marrow of Philadelphia Pennsylvania, arrested 9-27-12 for driving suspended on an out of state license, and speeding. Marrow was released on signature pending court actions.
Kenneth Arthur Lippsett of Princess Anne, arrested 9-17-12 on a warrant for violation of probation. Lipsett was later held without bond.
Mary Ann Hankerson Terrell of Westover, arrested 9-17-12 on a warrant for failing to pay court fines. Terrell was released after posting bond.
Lateshaia Shade Jackson of Westover, criminal summons served on 9-22-12 for two counts of child neglect. Jackson was released on signature pending court actions. The summons was the result of deputies being called to the area of Fountiane Rd. for two you children were playing in the roadway.
Shakaria Linnaeus Miles of Crisfield, arrested 9-19-12 on warrants for 1st and 2nd degree assault, reckless endangerment, and harassment. Miles was held on a $5,000 bond.
James Arthur McCallion of Media Pennsylvania, arrested 9-20-12 on warrants for three counts of theft under $10,000, theft over $1,000 and uttering a bad check. McCallion was later released on personal recognizance.
Felisha Denise Sutton of Crisfield, criminal summons served for harassment, and telephone misuse. Sutton was released on signature pending court actions. Robert Leon Waters Jr. of Baltimore, arrested 9-20-12 on a warrant for violation of probation. Waters was later held without bond.
Derrick Henry McCullough of Princess Anne, arrested 9-23-12 for warrants regarding 2nd degree assault, and violation of probation. McCullough was later held on a $35,000 bond.
Nadia Maria Hanna of Princess Anne, criminal summons’ served for malicious destruction of property, harassment, telephone misuse, 2nd degree assault, and disorderly conduct. Hanna was released on signature pending court actions.
Sean Patrick Kable of Princess Anne, arrested 9-26-12 on a warrant for violation of probation. Kable was later released on a unsecured bond.
