She's no longer struggling.

Why do they throw the drug overdose thing around so freely here?
I think it would be prudent to wait for some toxicology results before they accuse someone to sully their name.
Then again, what right does the public have to know how someone dies anyway?

10:37 the public has the right to know in this instance. This person is solely responsible for bringing notoriety to themselves by breaking the law. When you do that, you lose all expectation of privacy~~~ include in death.

In answer to 10:37...When someone relies on the public's money then the public should have an interest in their life. It's nobody's business how much money I make but when a bank lends money to me they have an interest in me and therefore are entitled to know ow much I make.

Yep 10:37 when you break the laws of the land all is fair game-the good the bad and the ugly. don't want your business broadcast all over than don't bring notoriety on yourself. It's an easy concept and very avoidable.

Hopefully the state can get back the amount she used on food stamps back from her winnings...
