How soon could ocean waters be lapping at Thomas Jefferson’s memorial on the edge of the Washington Mall?

I thought that just last week it was reported that global warming has NOT been steadily rising over the past 16 years? Hardly "accelerating" as they stated in this piece.

This is pure, unadulterated bull hockey.
As an aside, most people think glaciers melt because of rising temperatures. WRONG !!! When glaciers DO melt, it is because of lower rate of snowfall in the icefield that feeds them.
No doubt the Hudsons and Perdue have something to do with it!
