The Obama administration via the Department of Justice has given authority to the Department of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives to “seize and administratively forfeit property involved in controlled-substance abuses.” This means now that people who are not dealing illegal drugs, just using them and anyone who might associate with them in the same residence or be in a vehicle can have their God-given right of keeping and bearing arms revoked by the government god. In fact, no conviction is even required in these instances.

JUst in time to go along with those warrantless, suspicionless blood tests on the highway.
If you can't ban guns, then "administratively" prohibit citizens (no charges, arrests, or convictions necessary) for having them by "linking" behaviors. And know this --- the "ban" is for LIFE! Think about that. Your Constitutional RIGHTS have been taken ADMINISTRATIVELY by the GOVERNMENT! For the rest of your life! And the "crime" doesn't even have to be even closely related to violence. So much for due process, & cruel and/or unusual punishment...and this has been going on, step by step, with an ever-increasing list of misdemeanors (!!) that allows the government to ban you from possessing a firearm FOR LIFE! Unbelievably, a TRAFFIC crime can be used to accomplish this. Seig Heil!!!!
For now, and when he gets a new term the tanks will roll thru our streets and shoot those who have guns!
