The issue is stupidity. Democrats think they are above the law.
Yeah, not like Sen. David Vitter (R-LA) who immediately resigned when he was caught paying prostitutes to spank him while he wore a diaper.
Oh, wait, he didn't resign, he ran for re-election. And Republicans re-elected him.
