The principal of a Brooklyn, N.Y. elementary school has reportedly
pulled the song “God Bless the USA” from a kindergarten graduation
ceremony so as not to offend other cultures, according to the New York Post.
The kindergartners had spent several months learning the song, which
was set to close out the program, until P.S. 90 principal Greta Hawkins
came into a recent rehearsal and told teachers to scrap it.
“We don’t want to offend other cultures,” teachers quoted Hawkins as saying, according to the Post.
Teachers and parents were reportedly shocked by Hawkins’ decision,
particularly because the Lee Greenwood song has been sung at school
events in the past — and because a rendition of Justin Bieber’s song
“Baby” was kept in the program.

When I read crap like this it makes my brain bleed. What is going to have to happen to get our society back on track?

When you all appoint me emperor for a four-year term, it will be a misdemeanor for anyone to impose political correctness on any American citizen, punishable by up to six months administering drug tests to welfare recipients. In the first year alone, I will fix everything.
To the devil with other cultures, they don't give a snap if they offend us by burning our American Flag and so forth. This principal needs to move out of our country if he is so worried about it - we don't need his way of thinking here anyway.

That's wrong, God is a universal term, that song says nothing about baby Jesus or the devil. The fact that the music teacher put a Beiber song in the program makes me want to smack a puppy. That's disgusting, I'd rather my kids grow up Amish than spew sub-par digitally enhanced garbage at their kindergarten graduation. OMG I KNOW ALL OF BEIBS' SONGS BUT CANT SPELL MY OWN NAME!!!
If you want your country back STOP BEING TOLERANT OF THESE PEOPLE!
These people should be fired. THIS is the USA and these are songs of our heritage. If folks are offended, book your flight and leave PERMANENTLY! The garbage that is being taught to our youth is sewage. This needs to stop. We are a country that has allowed people to come here and live in freedom, NOT to walk all over our history, our freedoms, and our pursuit of happiness.
