I found this dog running around the intersection of Rt 50 and Nanticoke Road. It had a collar and a leash on it. I swerved through traffic when I saw him so close to the road and cars wising by him and I picked him up. If you could post this picture to help find the owner. I'm sure they are missing him, he is one great dog.
