CHESTERTOWN, Md. (AP) — A man who was arrested while dressed as
Frosty the Snowman during a holiday parade has been charged again.
Chestertown police say 53-year-old Kevin Walsh of Chestertown, was
arrested Sunday and charged with disorderly conduct and other offenses.
He was released on his own recognizance.
Police tell the Star Democrat of Easton that Walsh yelled profanities on
the sidewalk and cursed at an officer who told him to quiet down.

Um, "744 anon", is this aimed at me? I think I placed an "lol" somewhere in the comment. Exactly what would make me "stupid"? Please let us all in on how humor is "stupid".
Thanks, 744, I did make an anon comment earlier in a different post about lacking credibility when people respond with improper grammar and spelling reducing their credibility, but words like that may just go over the head of some of our commenting bretheren out there!
People make mistakes when typing for different reasons. Sometimes they are not use an actual computer they are using a phone or some other device. I fully understand that. What ticks me off is when their only comment is to call someone stupid then make a mistake while doing so.
