Let me guess, An FBI informant found these guys in the park at an OWS rally last year. Befriended them, persuaded them to become more involved. Began psy-op brainnwashing, planted the blow up the bridge idea, delivered the ammonium nitrate and diesel fuel as well as bogus detonator cord.
And, Voila! We have a terrorist that the Government keeps us safe from!

did you read this before you sent it? using that logic, everyone is suspect and deserves to be detained. pretty soon the only ones free and walking around will be the terroists.
everyone else is locked up on suspicion of attempting to possibly use fake bombs that the police provided. Maybe.
Hell, I bet there are plenty of angry Americans that wouldn't mind blowing up some government buildings and getting 'rid' of certain officials.
