Last week, it was revealed that Best Buy is financing Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR)–a group tied to Hamas. CAIR has been clear about its main goal in the United States and that is to turn the country into a Sharia-compliant state. Sharia law is in conflict with democracy, women’s rights and religious freedom. It is not compatible with the US constitution.
The funding arrangement is with the Minnesota chapter of CAIR and involves an annual CAIR banquet. In fact, CAIR is listed as a Best Buy “Platinum Sponsor.” And, according to Islamist Watch, Best Buy has not ruled out future support for the terror-tied group.
Best Buy released this statement amidst the controversy:
“Best Buy’s customers and employees around the world represent a variety of faiths and denominations. We respect that diversity, and choose to engage with our customers, employees and communities in ways that reflect their traditions and maintain good relationships for Best Buy.”

I stopped buying ANYTHING from Best Buy in 2009 when in their black friday ad they had happy eid al-adha.
There was no mention about Happy Thanksgiving or even Merry Christmas.
I hope the entire store goes bankrupt.
CAIR is a front for hamas and other terriorist groups that are clearly out to kill and do extreme damage and harm to our citizens and others that are not of their ilk. the sooner we educate ourselves about this this, the better off we will be.
just say NO to best buy...
did not like them before I had this information now it confirms we will not do business with them again.
Adios Best Buy! Your loyalties lie with terrorist groups. I too hope you go out of business.
I quit shopping at Best Buy. You can't but a laptop computer there without it chocked full of their crapware from the geek squad.
I also ordered a upscale range once. When the delivery men arrived they didn't have a hookup hose that fit the range so they just left in in the middle of my kitchen, 2 days before Christmas.
What a bunch of fools!
...and we respectfully decline to do business with Best Buy showing our diversity.
Never CAIR'ed for BB, anyway. Took my sons laptop in cause the power jack in the computer had "wiggled" loose. They said they had to replace the motherboard to the tune of $250+, but had to send it away for repair and it would take two to three weeks, but because he didn't buy the laptop from them, they couldn't do it anyway (all of this after waiting in line for nearly 20 minutes). Took it to a local "mom and pop" operation on salisbury blvd, they said the motherboard didn't have to be replaced and they fixed it for less than $100. I've never been back to BB.
