Alton Hayes III was charged with a hate crime after he and a 15-year-old attacked the 19-year-old man at about 1:00 a.m. on April 17 in Oak Park, a Chicago suburb.
Police say Hayes and his teenage partner, who has not been named since he is a juvenile, picked the man apparently at random and pinned his arms to the side.
Hayes allegedly then picked up a tree branch and demanded the victim give them his belongings, saying, "Empty your pockets, white boy."

Wait a minute he beat him because he was mad over the trayvon martin case but he decided to rob him first. I wonder who he will blame his reasoning for robbing him on? I guess this will be everybodys excuse from now on.
So send him to prison "angry over the trayvon case". I'm sure his cell mates will know how to coddle him properly.

Zimmerman is not white, but Obama has encouraged this behavior against the white folks.
I hope this boy says al sharpton put some thought in his head....or the kitty cats.that should be enough to get the ball rolling on some charges for them to.

Will the real racists please stand up. Why a white teen? Why not a hispanic teen? Media called Zimmerman a white hispanic. Why not just hispanic? Obama isn't called a white black. Obama calls himself simply black. Why is a black teen angry at just a white teen? Will he get off because the teen was white? Why isn't the black teen angry at his black brothers for killing each other? Isn't crime against a white just as bad as against a hispanic or black? Why is this killing worse than any other? Why is WHITE so meaningful in this case?
