I tend to believe that medical knowledge would be a prerequisite to being director of Health and Human Services, particularly considering your responsibility for the health of the American people. I am beginning, however, to doubt that Kathleen Sebelius possesses even the slightest competency for her job. Not that that should surprise anyone, but now we have evidential support.
Today, Kathleen and a number of other interesting characters testified in front of a House panel, defending the new HHS mandate demanding that contraception be handed out free of charge to anyone who requests it by anyone who they happen to ask. And, based on her testimony, despite being a major player in the contraception debate, she seems to have only a limited grasp of female reproductive capability.

The left talks about a woman's freedom to control her body, but they assume lack of and do not require a woman's responsiblity for the consequences of that freedom. With freedom comes responsibility. With responsibility comes the consequences of not being responsible. Who does not know how pregnancy happens? The left assumes women are too weak to say no to unprotected sex, too stupid to protect themselves, or incapable of providing it to themselves. Is that not sexist?
well duh!
Replace "Kathleen Sebelius" with "most of the Republican Leadership" and I agree.
11:25, so you are a sexist!
11:41 there are republican women too or you living under a rock
11:25 you are a MORON!
