Senate Looking For Alternative Tax Hikes To Avoid ‘Doomsday’ Budget, Miller Says

Senate leaders are trying to find $500 million in tax hikes as alternatives to those proposed by Gov. Martin O’Malley to avoid a “doomsday” budget with $1 billion in spending cuts, Senate President Mike Miller told reporters Tuesday.

How about cutting waste, fraud, and abuse? The dems never think of that, only solution that they ever come up with is to raise taxes.

To me its very simple.
They will invent more ways to spend your money through gov't programs, etc. There is no limit to the governments ability to spend.
After all they know whats best for us. Right???

Here we go again with the 'doom' budget cut threats-- they did this before.

Trying to make a terrible budget and tax increases look like the better, more reasonable solution.

You watch what happens. They'll keep threatening till they get what they want.
It worked so well last time that Ricky even used it.
