Lawmakers Challenge O’Malley, Environment Secretary On Flush Tax Hike; Small Businesses Could See 250% Increase

Gov. Martin O’Malley and Environment Secretary Robert Summers were questioned by lawmakers Tuesday on the cost for the proposed consumption-based flush tax on homes and businesses.

People on fixed incomes can't afford more taxes/fees. Neither can most people who's pay does not increase to keep up with all the increased taxes & fees.

Flush tax money will never get to clean up the bay,just fund more benefit packages for those in Annapolis.
