GOVERNOR MARTIN O'MALLEY TO DELIVER STATE OF THE STATE ADDRESS

ANNAPOLIS, MD – TODAY, Governor Martin O’Malley will deliver the State of the State address at noon. Maryland Public Television (MPT) will broadcast the speech live and serve as the pool feed for members of the media.
