Always the promiss of jobs, but they never materialize after the money is spent.
What is should say is, "We will use tax payer money to hire democrat loyals"

Somebody ought to sue them for unemployment taxes paid. If this is true and they've pi**ed away all the money they had and not only made the Bay worse but cost the State 230,000 jobs that employers had to pay for. They need to b held accountable.
