Suspect: James Edward Collick, Jr, b/m age 26 of Wilson Lane Salisbury, Md.
BRIEF RESUME: On the above date and time the Salisbury Barrack received a 911 emergency call from a complainant reporting that her child had been assaulted while in the care of her brother and mother at the above location. She stated that her 7 year old son had called her crying and distraught stating that the suspect had picked him up and slammed him to the ground which knocked the wind out of him. He further reported that the suspect also threw a glass paper weight at him striking him in the neck. Responding Troopers interviewed the suspect and witnesses. Family witnesses stated that the suspect had not assaulted the victim at all and they denied seeing anything. The suspect stated that he had only spanked the victim twice, but did not slam him or throw the glass paper weight at him. The suspect stated that he had only spanked the victim because the victim threw the glass paper weight at him. Evidence at the scene led the investigating Trooper to believe that the 7 year old victim’s statements were more credible then the suspect and the other family members. The suspect was placed under arrest and transported to the Wicomico County Central Booking unit for a hearing before a District Court Commissioner.

first of all he is not on nobody sex offender registry. i have been on the phone with the suspect while the victim was disrespecting him.
O.M.G. there is SO MANY criminals out there just waiting to mug your mother or wife and maybe KILL them in the act and TONS of drunk drivers repeating driving drunk hurting and killing hundreds if not thousands a year AND WHERE in the HELL is the registry for these people...AND WHAT DOES THE SEX OFFENDER REGISTRY STOP ??? ANSWER that one ??? IT is just a feel good // warm fuzzy Law that they pushed and got to get votes and now is costing tax payers MILLIONS a year to run and THOUSANDS are being placed there yearly now with the expanded A.W. Act in effect here in Md. and the SEX OFFENDER REGISTRY has not PREVENTED ONE CRIME....
